Billing & Insurance

Harbor Speech Co. is in-network with Aetna and also accepts private-pay clients. Payment is due at the time of service.

Many families choose to use out-of-network benefits. Superbills are provided monthly through the secure client portal for those pursuing reimbursement independently. Reimbursement amounts and timelines vary by plan and are determined by your insurance provider.

HSA and FSA payment options are accepted when applicable.

We are happy to help families understand potential out-of-network reimbursement options.

In-network participation with BCBS and Cigna is currently in process. Families seeking insurance-covered speech therapy are encouraged to reach out for updates on availability and next steps.

We are also currently pursuing authorization as an out-of-network provider with TRICARE. While services are not in-network with TRICARE, families may have access to reimbursement benefits depending on their plan. Out-of-network documentation is available upon request.
