Helpful Information
Billing & Insurance
Harbor Speech Co. is in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and also welcomes private-pay clients. Payment is due at the time of service.
Many families choose to use out-of-network benefits. Superbills are provided monthly through our secure client portal for those pursuing reimbursement independently. Reimbursement amounts and timelines vary by insurance plan and are determined by your insurance provider.
HSA and FSA payment options are accepted when applicable.
If you have questions about insurance coverage or out-of-network reimbursement, we're happy to help you understand your options before beginning services.
In-network participation with Cigna is currently pending. Families seeking insurance-covered speech therapy through Cigna are encouraged to reach out for updates on availability and next steps.
We are also pursuing authorization as an out-of-network provider with TRICARE. While Harbor Speech Co. is not in-network with TRICARE, eligible families may have access to out-of-network reimbursement benefits depending on their plan. Documentation to support reimbursement is available upon request.
Investment in Services
